Title

SharePlex Manager does not show Post latency even when there is a backlog on the Post queue.
Description

SharePlex Manager displays the incorrect values for “Last Record Processed” and "Latency" even when there is a backlog on the Post queue.
Cause

SharePlex Manager needs to enable the compatibility flag in SharePlex so that it can see the correct values for "Last Record Processed" timestamp and "Latency".
Resolution

Enable the compatibility flag on both Source and Target as follows:
1. Set the parameter SP_SYS_SPM_UNIX_TIME to 1.
sp_ctrl> set parameter SP_SYS_SPM_UNIX_TIME 1
2. Shutdown SharePlex.
sp_ctrl> shutdown
3. Restart SharePlex.

Note: You will see correct values for "Last Record Processed" timestamp and "Latency" for newly replicated data once sp_cop has been restarted.
