One of the main difference is that Toad Data Point license is managed via Manager Licenses Services. This is now located on the top right side of the screen.
Clicking of the license link, two options might display. If you are running a trial version the "Buy Now" will show also. For the current users, the Manage Licenses link will be the only one you will see.
