Missing "Publish" (publishing) tab on the target publishing page ribbon after migrating a publishing site from SP 2010 to SPO. The destination is no longer displaying the publish (publishing) option -
Cause
Page versioning settings are wrong in the pages library -
Resolution
Setting the Pages library to have the right versions and setting the appropriate people to edit draft items
