Web publisher unable to connect to the Cloud
Description

Web Publisher is running but has a problem connecting to the Cloud:
Error Message : "An error occurred when requesting Snooze/Ack data. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Cause

This issue has been reported and verified as a defect.
And this only happens on virtual machines.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Restart the Diagnostic Server (DS) and Web Publisher (WP) Service.

Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Spotlight on Oracle
