Re-caching drivers take too long on the KSDA appliance -
Description
While recaching the drivers directory, it takes a very long time to finish, in the range of an hour or more. -
Cause
MSI or executable files are included that may be large.

Resolution
When placing drivers into the \\KSDA\Drivers directory, make sure to use only CAT, SYS, and INF files only. Those are the files the KSDA appliance usually needs. The other files like MSI or executables can be omitted. The MSI or executables may be large values, causing the recaching to take a long time to finish.
