Customer accessing the Support portal via support.quest.com the clicking My Support|(enter login credentials|See all Service Request) loads the My Service Request page.
No Service Request are shown and there is a message "We didn't find a Service Request that matched your filtering criteria.".
To see opened Service Request, Please perform the following steps:
1. Access the Support portal via support.quest.com , then clicking My Support|(enter login credentials|See all Service Request) loads the My Service Request page.
2. Click see all service request hyperlink.
3. The My service request loads and this is revealed:

4. The reason that this comes back with no Service Request listed is because no Service Request was opened in the last 7 days. Use the By date created drop down and select a value of 30 days, 90 days etc (Up to 2 Years).
5. Once the value is changed, click the blue magnifying glass icon to search, and Open Service Service Request will list.
NOTE: For the purposes of showing a returned list of Service Request, the By status of Closed was used to show the output.
