Workaround for changing short name in Outlook contact -Modifying the Alias

Solution:
1. From BTCodex SQL database expand database to table view.



2. Hightlight table db.Coex_Mapping_Domino... Right Click. Click Edit Top 200 Rows.




3. Change value PrimaryAlias located under SQL column to DisplayName

4. From a Lotus Domino Console issue the following command to change the Alias or ShortName value from Alias value to Display Name.

Tell BTDirsync Repull



5. Check person document ensure Alias value matches Display Name value.
