This will be observed when the Help -> About menu is accessed while on the "Active Directory Synchronization" side of the QMM Console and checking the used license count for Migration Manager for Exchange 200x.
This will also be seen in the exact opposite scenario, if the QMM Console is on the "Exchange Data" side of the console and checking the used license count for Migration Manager for Active Directory.
When checking to see how many licenses have been consumed under the used licenses details, always ensure that the corresponding side of the QMM Console is selected prior to opening the Help -> About menu.
