TDM start or launch error: "System Error. Code: 1722. The RPC server is unavailable."
Description

When trying to open Toad Data Modeler (TDM), it shows the following error:
"System Error. Code: 1722.
The RPC server is unavailable."
Cause

This is caused by the Windows Service "Print Spooler" being stopped or disabled or it is not working properly.
Resolution

Restart the Windows Service "Print Spooler". Also set the service to start automatically.
