Fglam: Upgraded JRE, but tools.jar is missing. -
Description
The JRE was upgraded, but the tools.jar is missing. JavaEE agents are not functioning properly. Following error appears in the log file:
WARN [main] glue_core/src/vmconfig - tools.jar not found in the embedded JRE: /opt/foglight/client/jre/1.6.0.45

Cause
The tools.jar is include in FglAM to support the functionality required by some of the JavaEE agents.

Resolution
Note: The tools.jar file is not required for the FglAM to function, however, it is required for certain JavaEE agents to function propertly.
Workaround:
Download the matching JDK version of the JRE and extract the tools.jar file. Copy the file into the lib folder of the JRE, according to the example above the path is: /opt/foglight/client/jre/1.6.0.45.
