End time of shedule is not what is expected -
Description
To create a schedule of 'off hours' I want a daily schedule with two items, 00:00 - 08:00 and 17:00 - 23:59.
After I create the first item I choose 'Add Schedule Item' and it gives me the GUI to specify the second item, but the times I specify are not the times I then see in the schedule item that gets created. The time range for the second item appears as 17:00-16:59.
