NM: Blank "To" column in Outlook Sent Items folder -

Issue
We noticed some of the emails in the Sent Items folder did not display a name (blank), and other emails displayed a name. What is causing this?
CauseNotes Migrator migrations are working as expected. This is caused by improperly formatted source data.
The source email address stored in the "SendTo" field is stored as, and should be "Name".
