We received the following error during migration:

"Cannot Open Outlook Mime Converter that is required to migrate MIME message bodies"

What is causing this error?

Solution

This error is caused by a bad install of Outlook.

Uninstall and reinstall Outlook client, and apply SP1 and current CU patches.

Uninstall and reinstall Notes Migrator worker application
