Question
What is the naming convention of a PST file when it is created using Notes Migrator (NM)
Answer
If the user has not been resolved or matched, since you don't need to in order to migrate to a pst then the name of the pst file will be:
“<User’s SMTP Address>-Notes Database ID.pst”
If the user has been matched then we take the name of the exchange mailbox name. If you open the user person document in Notes Migrator for a matched user, go the exchange information tab and look at the exchange mailbox name field, we use the name in this field.
In the example below the exchange mailbox name field is filled in with this:
Exchange Mailbox Name: /o=BTLab/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLD)/cn=Recipients/cn=USERNAME
In this case then the name of the PST file name will be "User Name.pst"
