Description
After installing Toad for Oracle commercial and launching Quest SQL Optimizer , when attempting to update the license key using Help | Authorization, the following error is displayed:
"QAITBoulder, Version=3.0.1000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c862883b2ae69822' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." -
Cause
The Quest Interface application QAIT did not install successfuly in the 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest Shared\QAIT' folder.

Resolution
Uninstall SQL Optimizer for Oracle using Quest Installer:
1. Start | All Programs | Quest Software | Quest Installer | Quest Installer
2. Select 'Uninstall a product' | Next
3. Check 'Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle' | Next | Uninstall
Reinstall using the 'Toad for Oracle vX.X Commercial Installer'
