No scrollbar is available within Service Operations Console dependency tab
Description

When navigating to the Dependency tab within the Service Operations Console, it is not easy to navigate the available objects in this view when there are many objects. For example, there is no scroll bar to scroll up and down, and the Navigator is too small to use effectively (also due to the number of objects in this view).
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
There is no way to add a scroll bar to this view, but the following steps should help to make the Navigator easier to use in such a situation:
1. Within the Foglight web console, go to Configuration | Definitions | All Definitions
2. In the search bar, enter "system:apm_dependency_mapping_layered_mapping.columnTopology"
3. Select the search result and click "Edit"
4. Change the value "Minimum" to a number required. For example, 5 or 10 (50 is default and is measured in percentage value)
5. Save the changes
STATUS:
Enhancement Request WCF-15470 has been raised to consider this in a future release of Foglight.
