No data is being synchronized with the Archive Manager offline client
No folders have been selected for Offline Synchronization
1. Open Microsoft Outlook where Archive Manager Offline Client, Cached Mode has been configured.
2 .Navigate to Tools menu and select Options.
3. Select Offline Archive tab and expand Archive Manager from Offline Folders window.
4. Select the folders which need to be synchronized with the Archive and specify the time period.
5. Apply the changes made and close the option window.
6. Form Tools menu navigate to Archive Manager and click on Synchronize All.
7. Sync process will now synchronize Content of the selected Cached Folders.
