Unable to Migrate Lotus Notes Archive to Office365 Shared mailbox In-Place Archive

Office365 Shared mailbox by default does not have In-Place Archive Enabled and does not require a license

This will cause Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) to fail Migrating contents when the Target Destination is specifically set to Online Archive.

ArchiveDestServerArchive=1

Tells the wizard to migrate users' archives to their personal archive mailboxes

Note that this ArchiveDestServerArchive parameter is relevant only if ArchiveDest=server

If ArchiveDest=pst, this ArchiveDestServerArchive parameter is ignored

In order to enable In-Place Archive or put an In-Place Hold or a Litigation Hold on an Office365 shared mailbox, a valid Exchange Online Archiving license has to be assigned to the shared mailbox.

This is an Office365 design or limitation.
