Issue
Some of our repeating meetings are not migrating.
I can see the meetings on the Notes calendar, but not on the Outlook calendar.
I tried migrating to the server and PST file.I checked the verbose log for the calendar subject line, and there is no mentioning of skipping or a cancelled meeting.I found this error in some logs! Error: BTMapiMessage Save Changes --Corrupt data 8004011b Folder: Meetings
! Error: Insert Appointment Failure.What is causing this?
Cause
The repeating calendar entry is corrupt. The repeating meeting parent document is missing(deleted).
Notes Migrator (CMTe) will not migrate a child document, there must be a parent document.
You can tell which meetings have a parent, and which do not.
When you open the child calendar document, there are no dates displayed in the 'Repeat" section ("View Dates"twisty")
The child documents contain a $Ref field, the parent document does not.
Also, the meeting does not show in the "All Calendar Entries" view. You will only find the children documents in the 'All Documents" view.
This can be caused when using a staging server with a replication formula that is not including the parent calendar documents.Since this is a Notes replication issue, and not a Notes Migrator product issue. Please contact Domino/Notes Support for for further assistance.
