NM: Issue with migrating Lotus Notes mail file - Stuck in Pending - UAC Enabled (4312223)

Issue

The steps I have done to migrate the user are:

Import the user from the Domino Directory
Audit the pNAB DB for Selected User
Changed Step to - Migrate
Set a Migration Profile for PST migration
Migrate
If I choose Add to migration queue the status for the user is changed to Pending but nothing ever happens
If I choose 'Migrate now' the status for the user is changed to Pending and nothing ever happens

Solution

User Account Control (UAC) was enabled, and was preventing access to the C:\Windows\Temp folder.
Disabled this feature and migrations will start up.
