Every time when launching TDP (Toad Data Point) application, encountered "qklclw.exe has stopped working" error message
qklclw.exe should never be used by TDP. This is a licensing exe used by Toad Intelligence Central (TIC).
And it can be found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Toad Data Point 3.8\DataHub\bin
In this case, it was caused by the Google Analytics connection. When connecting this connection, the error message will appear.
Rename qklclw.exe file in the directory.
However, this might trigger another error
To resolve this, use Windows Task Manager to end the process of 'mysqld.exe', 'hubproxy' or 'guardian.exe' instances.
Restart Toad and check if the issues have been resolved. The qklclw.exe file can be remain renamed or even be deleted in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
