The event log shows the message: "The process cannot access the file \\server\AfterMailFullTextIndex\a08efcd2db01c3d850a8bf3b9fa". (filename will be random)

Workaround

1. Stop the "Aftermail Full Text Search Service" and delete the referenced file

2. Restart the "Aftermail Full Text Search Service".
