NM: Server Archive Permissions Issue - Notes error: You are not authorized to perform that operat (4312038)

Issue

We are sending the Server Archive button to our users, and they are receiving the following error message

 Error: CREATECOPYORREPLICA line 21 -- Notes error: You are not authorized to perform that operation

What is wrong, and how do we correct this?

Solution

This error means the ID trying to create a copy or replica on the server does not have permission to do so. You must contact the Domino administrator and ask to allow all users to create new or replica on the server during this part of the migration process.
