Toad has started typing Canadian French when keyboard is setup as Canadian English
Description

Toad has started typing French characters, instead of English characters, even though the keyboard is set to Canadian English - US. Getting accented e when trying to type a forward slash, or " when typing greater-than >.
Cause

Inadvertant toggling of input language using assigned Hot Key
Resolution

1. Go to Control Panel | Region and Language | Change Keyboards | General
2. Ensure that the default input Language is English (Canada) - US
3. Go to the Advanced Key Settings
4. To remove the Hot Key that switches 'Beween input languages', click the Change Key Sequence | Select 'Not Assigned' or assign a Hot Key combination for 'To English (Canada) - US'.
