We are migrating Notes users to Exchange and or Exchange Online. While migrating, we encounter an error like below:
"Error: Unable to open mail file CN=DOMINOSERVER/O=DOMAIN!!mail\utest for User TEST on server CN=DOMINOSERVER/O=DOMAIN, CN=DOMINOSERVER/O=DOMAIN!!mail\utest (CN=DOMINOSERVER/O=DOMAIN!!mail\utest) - (6453) Your Address Book does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating the server."
RESOLUTION 1
Make sure the correct ID file is being used at the worker, that can access user's domain and mailbox.
RESOLUTION 2
Cross certify the notes ID used for the worker with the user's domain.
