Error Failed to connect to selected machine. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Cause
The MAM FSA Remote Server Service is not running on the server
A problem with DNS preventing the server name from being resolved to an IP
A problem with the network preventing you from reaching the server
A firewall rule is blocking port 7777

Verify services are running on the server you are trying to connect to
Verify there are no network problems or firewall rules preventing the connection
