Launched Toad and made a connection. On left-clicking the 'File' menu the following error message was displayed.

No 'SendTo' folder in User's profile ('SendTo' is usually a hidden folder, but even when hidden folders can be viewed 'SendTo' does not exist)
i.e.
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\SendTo
WORKAROUND
Create a 'SendTo' folder in:
'C:\Documents and Settings\<username>' folder for XP
or
'C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows' for Vista or Windows 7
