When the agent issues a system reboot, it should first record the reason for the reboot in the system log so that there is no pop up from the OS following the restart that requires a system administrator to enter the text describing why a reboot has occurred.
Cause

This issue has been identified as K1-18453 Agent should record a reason for a shutdown due to a reboot so that the OS message doesn't popup on restart asking for an explanation for the restart.
Resolution

This issue is resolved in version 6.4 SP2.
