Recache your drivers from Settings / Appliance Maintenance / Driver Recache .
To confirm this is the issue, look in the Server_Task_Processor Error log. The results of the log should look something like this if the drivers have not been recached:

rsync: link_stat "/kbox/datastore/current/peinst/drivers/kpe/inmat/version.txt" failed: No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(791)
