When accessing the database agent alarms for an agent that has limited access by "User Level Access". The message "Sorry. The view is not authorized" appears preventing the alarm details from displaying.
Providing "Console" level permissions only causes the user not to see the Databases Dashboard
Providing "Console" and "General Access" permissions allows the user to see the databases dashboard but the user cannot see alarms
Providing "Console" and "Operator" permissions allows the user to see the databases dashboard and other area that the user should not see.
This is commonly encountered when the permissions are changed in the FMS whereby the lower portion of the alarms dashboard and the objects cannot be accesses.
