I am using an Oracle driver for my ODBC and I am unable to connect using erwin DM. That gives me the error ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
Resolution

Problem: I am using an Oracle driver for my ODBC and I am unable to connect using erwin DM. That gives me the error ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified. I am able to successfully test the connection within the ODBC.

Solution: the user ran erwin DM as Administrator and that resolved the problem.
