When opening ChangeAuditor Client you are prompted for credentials for GC. -
Description
When opening the Client no default connection profile is displayed, if you add server information manually or try to connect you will be prompted for credentials to a GC:
"Please supply the credentials of a user that can access the server and Active Directory objects in the forest"

Cause
Connection to GC blocked by local or network firewall.

Resolution
Check TCP/UDP ports 389 and 3268 are open to the GC from server/workstation.
