Check the following items:
1. Check the Patch Subscription Settings page in Settings | Control Panel | Patch Subscription Settings in order to see what Operating Systems, Languages, and what types of patches the KACE SMA appliance is set to download. Make sure to only subscribe to necessary Operating Systems and patch types.
*Important Note* If there is a need to download and deploy an application patch such as Internet Explorer, it is best practice to set the subscription settings to only download patches from selected labels in order to filter out other applications from downloading to the KACE SMA appliance unnecessarily. This can be configured in the patch subscription settings.
2. Make sure to delete unused patch files under Settings | Control Panel | Patch Subscription Settings | 'Delete Unused Files After x Days'.
3.To delete all patches this can be done by accessing the console on your KACE SMA appliance | Logging in using the username/password netdiag/netdiag | Then using the command purge patches. Alternatively, if the webGUI is accessible click Settings|ControlPanel|Patch Subscription Settings. Click Delete and this will remove all patches from the KACE SMA appliance. Keep in mind that the KACE SMA appliance may be inaccessible as patches are deleted. KACE recommends to perform this step at a time when the appliance is not heavily used by users.
*Important Note* Purging all patches from the KACE SMA appliance will require that all of the patches be re-downloaded at a later time.
4. To view the available space on the KACE SMA appliance go to:Settings | Control Panel | Backup Settings.
