When double-clicking a database in the Database Browser, the following error message is displayed:
"ORA-01017: Invalid username/password; Logon denied"
After clicking OK, Toad displays a login dialog box and login is successful.
There is already a connection available (with stored password) so Toad should be picking this up.
WORKAROUND
Right-click on the database | Associate | Select connection to associate with this database
