"The client application version is different from the mart server version. Install the same versi (4310955)

Problem: I am able to connect using erwin DM to the mart server on the host machine. However, from a different machine erwin DM cannot connect. We get the error, "The client application version is different from the mart server version. Install the same version of the application and the mart server and then try."

Solutions:

Internet Explorer:

On the machine where erwin DM is installed:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on internet options.
3. Go to the security Tab.
4. Make the security level to low.
5. Click on sites.
6. Add http://machine-name:18170/MartAdmin/
or
http://ip address:18170/MartAdmin/

NOTE:  if you are specifying the machine name you can try localhost instead.
