SQL PI repository installation failure (-22) when enabling a PI extension (Infobright) -
Description
When adding Performance Investigator (PI) for Oracle or SQL Server, the message "Failed to install SQL PI repository" "Please retry. If the issue still occurs, please contact technical support" appears.
The details indicates "Failed to install SQL PI repository on host HOSTNAME".
In the FMS log, the following is printed.

Cause
CAUSE 1
A Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable higher than 2010 is installed on the PI repository server. Versions higher than 2010 are not compatible.The specific version Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable is required to be installed on the Windows server where the Performance Investigator (PI) repository is installed.
CAUSE 2
Missing ksh and bzip2 packages on Linux Red Hat 7.0 system hosting the SPI Repository Agent Manager. -
