I've installed Toad for Oracle commercial version, but when I enter the key supplied in the Quest e-mail, I get 'Authorization Key has expired'.
This may be a temporary key supplied by Quest until the permanent key is ready to be dispatched.
RESOLUTION1:
Check to see if a subsequent email has been sent from Quest, issuing the permanent key. If the product was distributed on CD, then the permananet key would also have been supplied at that time.
RESOLUTION 2:
Email license@quest.com with your company details and purchase order# and request your commercial key and site message.
