Web Portal can't import my model from the mart. The error is WARNING the client application is different from the Mart Server version. But I have the correct versions of the software installed, they are compatible. -
Resolution
Problem:
Unable to import a model when the service is started. Get the following errors:
The process cscript.exe failed with return code 1
Running mart script as user SYSTEM in domain name
Could not connect to the mart. Model Directories Component ! Mart connection failed. WARNING the client application is different from the Mart Server version. Install the same version.
[MBI_ER9MM_F0006] Could not connect to the mart.
Solution:This is most likely a privileges related problem or an erwin API disconnect or both. Please set the Web Portal Service Log On tab from system to a windows user that has Administrator privileges.
Also, register the erwin API files EAL.DLL and ERXML.DLL using an elevated DOS prompt.regsvr32.exe "[Full_file_Path]\EAL.DLL"
