How to create a batch file, using command line parameters for restoring a striped double-click restore file.
Cause

MS Windows Operating System has a limitation: No Executable can be over 4Gb, requiring the backup of large databases to the Double Click format to be striped files.

Resolution

Example command line, with striped backup and move parameter included:
Here is the script I ran: (Fish1.exe is the double click executable I created during the backup process)

Fish1.exe -Rdatabase -T -DFISH2 -L2 -F"D:\Fish2.bak" -W"STANDBY = 'd:\standy.log'" -W"Move 'FISH' TO 'D:\FISH2_Data.mdf'" -W"Move 'FISH_log' TO 'D:\FISH2_Data.ldf'"

The example shows only 2 stripes, but this technique will succeed with multiple stripes. The first file in the series, named 'Fish1.exe' is the executable. The second of the stripes is named 'Fish2.bak'.
