Cause
Using 10.2.0.1 Oracle Client to connect to 11.2.0.4 database -
Resolution
Upgrade Oracle Client to most closely match the database version. Per one user report, upgrading to Oracle Client 11g R2 (from 10g) resolved the "Access violation at address 61DCE86B in module 'OraClient10.Dll'. Write of address 00000000" error.
