Does the Foglight for DB2 cartridge monitor the DB2 instance expiration date?

Resolution
The Foglight for DB2 cartridge doesn't presently monitor the DB2 license date. The metrics do however currently maintain a boolean value that is collected to indicate whether the DB2 instance is presently actively licensed.
