The 'Suggest' button for naming constraints not offering a suggestion. -
Description
The 'Suggest' button does not populate the constraint name when adding a constraint via Schema Browser | tablename | Constraints | Add Constraint.
If a constraint has already been created with a Toad suggested name for both Unique and Foreign Key then Toad will not offer an additional suggestion.

Use the 'Suggest' button by Schema Browser | tablename | Alter Table | Constraints | Add Constraint
