No alarm is fired for a log monitoring agent when using the following regular expression match pattern within the agent properties:
Report01 (QUEST) report not found
This entry exists in the log that is being monitored, but no alarm is fired.

Cause
Incorrect regex expression being used in the agent properties. -
Resolution
Ensure to use similar to the following:
Report01 \(QUEST\) report not found
The backslashes (\) are needed for matching brackets as normal words.
