Read error: Reader: 11013 - config cache failed for ##### : Object doesn't exist actid:X transid:X (4309447)

WORKAROUND: 

1. Stop read : Sp_ctrl> stop read

2. Go to $SP_SYS_VARDIR/state directory : cd $SP_SYS_VARDIR/state

3. List the *ccache* file :  ls -ltr *ccache*

4. Rename the *ccache* file : Example:  Mv o.splex-ccache.11 o.splex-ccache.11-20190420

5. Start read:  Sp_ctrl> start read

6. Verify that read status is running :  Sp_ctrl> show

7. Verify that capture queue is draining and sending data to export queue:  Sp_ctrl> qstatus

STATUS:  Issue resolved in hotfix SPO-15132, fixed in 9.2
