Error "You do not have permissions to this window from that session" followed by Access Violation, when trying to do Alter Table
Description

After pressing "Alter selected table" while logged in as the owner of the table, the following error occurs:
"You do not have permissions to this window from that session". On clicking the OK button, an Access Violation occurs.
Cause

Toad Security is implemented. Create Queue Table is set as a restriction. This is stopping the Alter Table, in error.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Remove the 'Create Queue Table' restriction for the user or role.
