Ability to connect all sessions in a group at once.
Description
I have set up a group of connections. I'd like to be able to:
1. Connect all sessions in the group at once
2. Connect all sessions in the group at startup
At present you can <right click> on the group name and do 'Disconnect All', but there is no 'Connect All'
