Error during backups "The directory name is invalid"
Description

The below errors may occur in the session details during the backup process:

"Cannot create the backup file 'NETWORK PATH': The directory name is invalid"

"Cannot map the network share IPC$ on the computer 'DOMAIN.COM': An unexpected network error occurred."
Cause

Both the Console Storage tab and the DC storage tab on the collection properties may point to the same network location.
Resolution

Assign the network storage location on the Console Storage tab, not the DC storage tab.
