Calendar or Free-Busy Synchronization Agents are working slow on CCR clusters -
Description
When calendar or free busy agents have been installed on CCR cluster the synchronization is very slow. Also it may be noticed from the logs that it takes significant amount of time to synchronize agents configuration files between the cluster nodes.

Please refer to AppendixB of the QMM for Exchange User Guide - Supporting Exchange 2007 CCR Cluster for Servers (page 78 in QMM 8.4):
Planning for Installation of Agents to the CCR Cluster Server
Replication of job configuration databases, statistics data, tracking databases, and PUB and PRV files is very resource intensiveit requires additional time and free disc space. Therefore, if possible do not install the Calendar Synchronization Agent and Free/Busy Synchronization Agent to the CCR cluster server.
Please reinstall the Calendar or Free/busy agents to the source non-CCR Exchange server. These agents can reside on either source or the target side.
