Error during installation of the Web Portal: "Could not initialize the Recovery Manager Portal"
Description

The below error may occurr during the installation of the Recovery Manager Web Portal:
"Could not initialize the Recovery Manager Portal database on the SQL server"
Cause

This can happen when specifying a different account for the Web Site Settings dialog than the account that is logged in and running the installer. It is likely due to the accout specified having never logged into the server and therefore has no profile.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Install the product using the same account specified in the Web Site Settings dialog.
STATUS:
Defect ID PT75681368 has been submitted and will be considered for a future release of the product.
