You may configure the DownloadWaitTime by setting a Registry value on the client system.
This can be set manually or via a Desktop Authority Registry element.
The registry settings are listed below.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Scriptlogic\DA Update Client
Create the DWORD key:
DownloadWaitTime
Then assign it a value.
The default setting is 160 seconds.
If it is a 64 bit system, it will need to be set under the Wow6432Node Key.
